Remembering George Wein, Bennie Pete, and Warren Storm
Over the past few weeks, we have lost several beloved figures in the music community.
Bennie Pete, sousaphonist and founding member of the Hot 8 Brass Band passed away on September 6th.

George Wein, founding producer of the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival and the Newport Jazz and Folk Festivals, passed away at 95 on September 13.
